Single storey house extension plans generally cost upwards of 500 Pounds for planning permission drawings. Architects have been known to charge 1200 Pounds to 1500 Pounds excluding planning application fee. Some Architects divide this fee to include Building Regulations. Make sure you know what the price includes.
